Narrative Description of the Project

TraceCorp Solutions was contracted by Lagos Water Corporation to design, develop and deploy a billing, customer management and revenue collection system to improve the billing and commercial processes  in Lagos Water Corporation

Description of actual services provided by our staff within the assignment:

TraceCorp solutions did an analysis of the billing, customer relations and revenue collection processes and carried out a process reengineering and process integration. TraceCorp solutions designed and developed a new  web based integrated billing and customer management system which was integrated with the LWC website so as to enable customers apply for water services online and pay their bills online. TraceCorp also designed an android mobile app for LWC to enable customers pay for their bills, get online statements, get electronic bills as well as place a complaint and follow up the complaint through the mobile App.
