Narrative Description of the Project
The project entails the Improvement of the general performance of the utility through capacity development and implementation of processes and procedures for sustainable growth of the utility as a whole. The project covers development of strategies through the strategic business plan, implementation of Short term 100 day Performance improvement Program (PIP), improvement of commercial sales and revenue collection, training and mentoring of staff, as well as deployment of a new integrated Billing system.
Description of actual services provided by our staff within the assignment:
The TraceCorp Team is tasked with the design, development and deployment of a new integrated billing system. This entails the development and integration of three modules (systems) i.e Billing system, Customer Relations Management system, Payments management System which is integrated with the Banks and POS to enable mobile payments and give visibility and transparency to internally generated revenue. The TraceCorp team is also tasked with developing a website for the utility and integrating it with online self-service for the customers to increase visibility of the utility as well as provide the customers with more easily accessible customer service tools.
